By Angry with ATT authorized store employees on 3/26/15Reply

This was a **** of a lot more helpful than Siri or the apple site. Thanks now I know why my phone wouldn't rotare. Also if you have ATT as your service provider please don't hand the tech your phone. When I had my number ported to ATT the tech changed all my setting set up airdrop for everyone and put my phone on do not disturb, erased half my contacts, and went in and erased my att online password so only he could get into it. All of this was done with out my knowledge or permission, I had to call apple as well as a at customer service to figure out what the store employee did to my phone. Needless to say I am not impressed with att authorized store representatives. If you have issues with ur iPhone I suggest just go to apple.

I screwed up and locked the orientation and this showed me how to fix it. Found and fixed in less than three minutes. THANKS !
Thank you !!!
